2012 Parade of Homes^TM website!

Temperatures are dropping and there is a cool crispness in the air. The leaves are changing color and dropping to the ground. Fall must be on its way! That means the 2012 Parade of Homes^TM will be here soon.

This year's Parade of Homes^TM will take place on Saturday & Sunday, October 20^th - 21^st and Saturday & Sunday, October 27^th - 28^th. Viewing hours are from 1 pm to 5 pm.

This year's Parade^TM will feature 82 homes in 78 neighborhoods across Madison County (and one in Limestone County). Prices for these homes will range from $130,000 to $800,000. You will be able to find a home for any lifestyle: patio/garden homes, condominiums, townhomes, ranchers and multi-story. With this great cross-section of homes, everyone will be able to find their "American Dream."

The 29 builders in this year's Parade^TM have spent many months preparing their homes for you. On your tour, you will find many new building features, the latest in technology and great decorating ideas as you have in the past. This year's Parade^TM has all the features you could possibly ask for.

The 2012 Showcase Home will be featured in the Parade^TM. It is located at 4700 Riverbank Circle in The Sanctuary at River Ridge subdivision in the Hampton Cove/Owens Cross Road area of southeast Madison County.

The Parade of Homes^TM features one "Village"(sites that offer 3 or more homes in one location); The Sanctuary at River Ridge. Click the "Villages" link to your left to visit this year's "Village", to view the subdivision's location and amenities.

The Huntsville Times produces the Parade of Homes^TM Guidebook that will be featured in the Sunday, October 16th newspaper. The Guidebook will offer consumer interest articles regarding the Parade^TM, along with a front elevations and floor plans, price, builder info, list of amenities and location of each entry. The Guidebook will also offer a 2-page color map locating each entry for easy reference. This website contains the same information for your convenience.
