Parade of Homes^TM website!

The 2011 Parade of Homes^TM took place on Saturday & Sunday, October 22^nd - 23^rd and Saturday & Sunday, October 29^th - 30^th.

This year's Parade of Homes^TM featured 83 homes in 71 neighborhoods with prices ranging from $129,000 to $939,000. You would have found a home for any lifestyle: patio/garden homes, condominiums, townhomes, ranchers and multi-story. With this great cross-section of homes, everyone would have been able to find their "American Dream."

This year's Parade of Homes^TM also featured 2 remodeled homes for your viewing.

The 36 builders & remodelers that presented in this year's Parade^TM spent many months preparing their homes for you. On your tour, you would have found many new building features, the latest in technology and great decorating ideas as you have in the past. This year's Parade^TM had all the features you could possibly ask for.

The 2011 Showcase Home was featured in the Parade^TM. It is located at 120 Somer Creek Lane in Somerset Subdivision in northeast Madison County.

If you missed the Parade^TM, this website has all the information that pertains to the Parade^TM, including the entries, location maps and builders, at your fingertips.

You can search by area maps, builders, price ranges, subdivisions or type of home. After the Parade^TM is over, please check with the builder before going to view these homes as they may have been sold and are now occupied.

Once the dates for the 2012 Parade of Homes^TM has been chosen, we will post them on the website.
